As Friends of Thetford Forest (FoTF) were unable to hold the Mildenhall Warren Lodge & Rex Graham Reserve Open Day on the late May Bank Holiday due to the COVID-19 restrictions, using the FoTF archive, a Virtual Open Day was held in it place.

The Spring/Summer 2020 Friends of Thetford Forest (FoTF) newsletter is out now, this special edition looks back at 25 years of FoTF. FoTF have also released a short thank you message as we celebrate 25 years of FoTF in these difficult times.

In line with Forestry England's decision to suspend volunteering, Friends of Thetford Forest (FoTF) has cancelled all its volunteering activities from 18 March 2020 until further notice.
We hope that we can welcome you all back to your volunteering roles later in the year and, most importantly, that you all stay well.

Please be assured that we value both the volunteering that so many of you give to FoTF and your memberships.

Friends of Thetford Forest (FoTF) Conservation Group Locations

Friends of Thetford Forest Conservation Group have visited a range of locations throughout Thetford Forest, from Harling Woods to High Lodge to as far as away as West Tofts, over the years. On Friends of Thetford Forest Conservation Group events the team have conducted a variety of tasks from scrub clearnce and willow removal, to construction tasks such as errecting the toad fence at Cranwich to constructing Tern Rafts for used on Lynford Water.
