2023 Annual General Meeting - Members only

The 2023 Friends of Thetford Forest (FoTF) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 12th October 2023 at Oak Lodge, High Lodge Centre.

• 19.00 – 19.30 - Formal AGM
• Refreshments
• 20.00 – 21.00 - Talk 'Open Habitats in Thetford Forest' by Naomi Smith, Open Habitat Project Manager, East District.

Please confirm attendance by Thursday 7th October 2023.

The existing committee is willing to continue: Clare Tough, Katherine Jones, Dave Goodrum, Alan Spidy and Anne Mason.
New members are welcome to join the committee, with the requirement that you need to have been a member for at least two years.

Directions

High Lodge Centre is located on the B1107 Brandon to Thetford Road. There are brown signs to follow and banners on the grass verge mark the entrance.  (Please do not use SatNav as it invariably takes you to the Forestry England Office, Santon Downham).

Immediately after a wooden kiosk on your right, you will see the sign for Oak Lodge. Parking in front of Oak Lodge is limited so you may need to continue past the gateway and park in the first main car park on your right and walk back to Oak Lodge. Please bring a torch.
